Service Description

Group sound therapy uses sound vibrations to promote healing and balance, while creating a rewarding collective experience. Using various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, we generate specific frequencies that resonate with the group, inducing deep relaxation and harmonization of energies for all participants. A Little History Sound healing techniques are ancient and originate from Eastern spiritual traditions. Used by the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Chinese, these practices have evolved to offer group sessions that combine ancient wisdom with modern approaches to well-being. What happens in a group session? Welcome and Preparation: During the session, I will begin with an introduction to familiarize you with the practice and prepare the group for the sound experience. Sound Therapy Session: You will sit comfortably with the other participants while I use various sound instruments to create soothing vibrations and sounds. The frequencies will be adapted to promote collective harmony and deep relaxation. Relaxation: The session will encourage intense relaxation and harmonization of energies, allowing each participant to release tension and regain inner balance. Conclusion and Sharing: At the end of the session, there will be a time to share impressions and experiences, as well as to discuss the benefits observed. What You Will Benefit From It Deep Relaxation: Experience collective relaxation thanks to the sound vibrations, which promote total relaxation for each participant. Energetic Balancing: Harmonize your energies with those of the group, helping to restore balance and promote overall well-being. Stress Reduction: Release tension and reduce stress in a calming collective setting, promoting a sense of inner peace. Positive Connections: Share a rewarding experience with other participants, strengthening the sense of community and support.
