Led by a specialized practitioner, this workshop offers an experience that is both educational and practical.
Participants discover, step by step, simple and targeted movements to relieve common tension (neck, shoulders, back, hands, face). Each movement is explained precisely and then guided live, so that everyone can immediately practice it on themselves.
The approach is interactive: the instructor takes the time to correct, adjust, and answer questions to ensure optimal assimilation of the techniques.
The session concludes with a complete self-massage sequence, which leaves an immediate feeling of relaxation and renewed energy, and which everyone can then reproduce independently, even at the office.
➙ Duration: 1 hour, or you can split it into two 30-minute groups or three 20-minute groups.
➙ Participants: Maximum 15 people/group.
