This workshop is designed as a targeted training session to strengthen attention span and rediscover the joy of focused work.
The session begins with a welcome session and the establishment of a supportive environment conducive to non-judgmental experimentation. The instructor introduces the topic by explaining the mechanisms of concentration and distraction, so that everyone understands what helps or hinders their attention on a daily basis.
Participants then experiment with practical exercises: breathing techniques to stabilize the mind, strategies for managing multitasking, methods for organizing priorities and regaining a state of flow in their work.
A discussion session allows participants to anchor the experience by sharing their feelings and identifying concrete habits to implement at the office.
The session ends with a re-energizing session, allowing participants to leave feeling motivated, refocused, and better equipped to face the challenges of a demanding workday.
