This workshop is designed as a practical and rewarding experience, where participants learn to develop their presence and impact in front of an audience.
The session begins with a welcome session and the creation of a supportive environment, allowing participants to approach the topic without fear or judgment.
The speaker introduces the essential keys to oral communication: posture, breathing, managing stage fright, and articulation. Each concept is immediately put into practice through concrete and progressive exercises: breaking the ice, speaking confidently, structuring their message, and capturing attention.
A discussion period allows participants to share their feelings, identify their strengths, and areas for improvement.
The session concludes with a final role-play, followed by a group refresher session, ensuring that everyone leaves confident, motivated, and ready to apply their skills in a professional context.
