🌀 Comment se déroule la séance ?
The session begins with a brief introduction to the mechanisms of attention and breathing.
Participants are then guided through progressive conscious breathing and mindfulness exercises, adapted to all. The emphasis is on practical experience: refocusing on the present moment, observing the breath, and techniques for quickly calming the mind.
The workshop ends with a time to calm down and share, allowing participants to reinstate the benefits and learn how to integrate these practices into their workday.

Awareness package: 1.5 to 2 hours with PowerPoint presentation and practical breathing exercises
Full package: Half day including practical training with cold exposure in a water tank

➙ Format: In-person or video (video only for the awareness package)
➙ Space required: Meeting room equipped with a connection and a video projector (awareness package); outdoor space or secure area suitable for cold exposure (full package)
