This workshop offers an unusual but valuable experience: allowing yourself to slow down.
The session begins with a welcome and the creation of a welcoming environment where everyone can settle in comfortably. The instructor then explains the principles of micro-naps and their scientifically validated benefits on concentration, memory, and recovery.
Then comes the practice: participants are guided through a progressive relaxation process combining breathing, physical relaxation, and visualization. In just a few minutes, the mind switches off and the body finds a state of deep rest, without ever falling into deep sleep.
After a 10 to 20-minute guided nap, a gentle awakening is offered, accompanied by light energizing exercises. This transition allows participants to maintain the benefits of relaxation while immediately regaining energy and clarity of mind.
👉 Result: Participants leave feeling more rested, alert, and ready to tackle the rest of their day with efficiency and serenity.
